Constitutional Law and the Laws of the United States
I believe in the US Constitution and the Republic for which the flag stands, one nation under God…
I grew up reciting the pledge of Allegiance in my classroom and a boy scout as a kid, in the early 90’s.
I teach fundamentals of law and the founding vision, value’s, mission’s, and philosophy’s, upon the Principles of natural law, and fundamentals of civil / statutory law, as it applies to us as Citizens of a free Republic.
This is for those who choose to, or aspire to stand upon the same; foundations in Individual Rights, National Sovereignty and Civil Liberties.
There are 2 systems of law in the USA, (1) Constitutional Law and (2) the law of Commerce; that at it’s foundation, is Contract law, and our individual right to contract, Unlimited. The Sovereign states cannot contract with foreign nations, but Bill Gates can with his science experiments in India and Africa, and Elon musk can with his plant over in China. Our Individual Rights as protected by the US Constitution, outline some very specific things, but I have broken it down to a science and the artform that it is, that not many people truly understand.
